The Applicant is requesting approval for rezoning and a preliminary plan for Final Touch Painting for Planned Commercial District at 3883 US Highway 42 South, Delaware, OH, 43015, Parcel #42014001017000 at 0.539+/- acres and Parcel #42041001003000 at 0.160+/- acres, owned by Eric and Kim Crawford Co Trustees. At the conclusion of the Public Meeting(s) and the BZC Vote, the matter will be submitted to the Board of Trustees for review and action. The Application is available for public review at the Ostrander Branch of the Delaware County District Library, 75 North Fourth Street, Ostrander, OH, 43061 and the township website.
