Township Hall Rental
General Rental Information:
• You must be a resident of Concord Township to rent the building.
• Reservation requests are taken up to 3 months in advance by calling (740) 881-5338 Opt. 5 and leaving a detailed
message. All calls are returned in the order they are received.
• To ensure fair access, residents may rent the Hall 2 times per year (per address).
• Rental fee is $50. A security deposit of $250 will be held separately and will be shredded following a successful post event inspection. The Township currently accept payment by check.
• A contract of rules and regulations will be signed at booking.

Renter must be present for the entirety of the event; Renter is responsible for cleaning the building after their event;
