Concord Township Building Rental Guidelines

Building reservation requests may be made up to 3 months in advance from the date of the event.  Please see the calendar below for availability.

To initiate a request for building rental please call (740) 881-5338 option 5, and leave a message with your name, address, phone number, and requested rental date.  All calls are returned in the order they are received.

Essential Rules & Regulations

Please review these core policies before requesting a reservation.  A full list of rules and regulations will be signed at the time of contract.

     ♦ You must be a resident of Concord Township to rent the building. Official proof of residency is required during booking.

     ♦ To ensure fairness, residents may rent the building two times per calendar year (per address)

     ♦ The primary renter must remain on the premises for the entire duration of the event.
     ♦ Rental fee $100; A separate security deposit of $250 will be held and shredded upon a successful post-event 

        building inspection.

     ♦ Alcohol consumption and Smoking are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

     ♦ No open flames of any kind, including sterno cooking fuel.
     ♦ Nothing may be hung or attached to the walls, ceilings, or light fixtures.
     ♦ The renter assumes full responsibility for cleaning the building and restoring it to its original condition immediately

        following the event.

Shelter House Rental

Concord Township reserves the shelter house on Home Road, by the baseball fields, to residents of the Township.

To initiate a request for shelter reservation, please call (740) 881-5338 and leave a message with your name, address, phone number, and requested reservation date.  All calls are returned in the order they are received. Please note, the calendar does not indicate dates the shelter house is reserved.

The reservation fee for the shelter house is $25.
