Effective November 26, 2024: Concord Township requires any person to obtain a permit before making any excavation in a township highway (road) or highway (road) right-of-way within Concord Township's jurisdiction, except an excavation to repair, rehabilitate, or replace a pole already installed for the purpose of providing electric or telecommunications service. Application and fee must be sent to the Fiscal Officer, 6385 Home Road, Delaware, OH 43015, and approved prior to excavation.
