The Applicant is requesting variance from the zoning resolution of front setback for a single family residence at 5229 Bean Oller Rd, Delaware, OH 43015, Parcel #420-440-01-013-000, owned by Peter & Rebecca Albanese; 2) To consider an Application, designated as BZA042026, filed by Pete Alabanese of 6634 Scioto Bluff Ct, Powell, OH 43065.  The Applicant is requesting variance from the zoning resolution of front setback for an accessory structure at 5229 Bean Oller Rd, Delaware, OH 43015, Parcel #420-440-01-013-000, owned by Peter & Rebecca Albanese; and, 3) To conduct such other business as needed.
