Concord Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at the Concord Township Administrative Building, located at 6385 Home Road, Delaware, OH 43015 for the following purposes: 1) The continuation of the Public Meeting held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, to consider a Board of Zoning Appeals Application, designated as CUP012026, filed by Faye D. Cox of 110 S. Main Street, Marysville, OH 43040. The Applicant is requesting a use variance to allow up to nine (9) individuals to reside at the property located at 7263 Riverside Drive, Powell, OH 43065, Parcel #320-110-02-044-000, owned by 7263 RIVERSIDE LLC; and, 2) To conduct such other business as needed.  Area residents are encouraged to attend.  Notice is given by Concord Township Board of Zoning Appeals & Zoning Inspector Ric Irvine
